White Knights Taekwondo was founded in 2012 by Bing Olaguera, who began by teaching in schools and building strong connections with students and young athletes. With a background not only in Taekwondo but also in Kickboxing and Arnis, he brought a well-rounded approach to martial arts training. From humble beginnings, he fostered a welcoming and community-driven team, emphasizing discipline, growth, and perseverance. Under his guidance, White Knights has produced athletes who have competed and excelled at regional and national levels. His passion, humility, and dedication continue to inspire the next generation.
Leading White Knights Academy is a highly skilled and accomplished coach. A former College Team Captain of the NCF Tigers, he holds a 3rd Dan Blackbelt under the Philippine Taekwondo Association and a 2nd Dan Blackbelt certified by Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Federation).
As a National Taekwondo Instructor, National Kyorugi Referee, and National Poomsae Referee, he brings expertise in both training and competition. Under his leadership, White Knights Academy secured its first-ever overall regional championship and produced its first national gold medalist.
Overseeing athletes across Guinobatan, Polangui, and Legazpi, he continues to develop champions while fostering discipline, perseverance, and leadership beyond the mat.
Chesca Mae Salazar is a Certified National Poomsae Referee and National Kyorugi Referee, recognized for her expertise in both the artistic and competitive aspects of Taekwondo. These qualifications allow her to officiate at national-level competitions, ensuring the sport is practiced with the highest standards of technique, rules, and ethics.
Her role reflects a deep commitment to upholding the integrity of Taekwondo, while continuously enhancing her knowledge to guide athletes with precision and excellence.
